The legendary French mime artist and actor Marcel Marceau born 1923. Marcel performed worldwide for over 60 years. He died on 22nd September 2007 age 84. The photographs displayed here were taken in 1987 in London. The images were displayed at the photographers gallery. The first image in the gallery below was selected for inclusion in the 1992 Royal Academy of Arts Summer exhibition, this was the first photograph to have been included an annual summer exhibition.
